As a special feature, we heat a steam locomotive for you on steam days. Majestically, the elegant locomotives set in motion and invite you to experience this and more up close.
You can look forward to:
- Riding behind a steam locomotive in one of our historic passenger cars.
- Train operations on the garden railway, where the youngest and young-at-heart visitors can take a ride on the garden railway on operating days.
- Train operations on the H0 scale model railway.
- Train operations on the garden model railway (LGB).
- Train operations on the model truck layout.
- Buffet and souvenir cars are open.
Experience firsthand the workplace of locomotive drivers from earlier times. Get an overview of the history of the railway, the vehicle collection, and progress in restoration work.
