A play about the unusual friendship between Edith Piaf and Marlene Dietrich. The two goddesses of the chanson world, who could hardly be more different, met in New York in 1948 and formed a friendship away from the press and public eye. The "Little Sparrow of Paris" and the "Blue Angel" – two capricious divas, connected by outstanding artistic successes and personal scandals. The scenic musical sequence features worldwide hits such as "La vie en rose," "Je ne regrette rien," "Frag nicht, warum ich gehe," and "I wish you love," transporting the audience to an era of classic chanson filled with elegance, passion, and melancholy. It also takes a peek through the keyhole, as to this day, no one can say with absolute certainty whether the relationship between the two unequal friends was purely platonic. A theater piece full of comedic, tragic, and touching moments that brings the most famous chansons of both divas back to life.
