In addition to honest, regional, and homemade enjoyment, the two hosts, Uwe and Thomas, want to offer their guests a chance to slow down and a place to unwind. The KÜHSTEIN.HAUS combines a panorama of beautiful vineyards, a view of the famous Heiligenstein, and a picture-perfect sunset on warm summer nights. Uwe and Thomas blend this natural symbiosis with a down-to-earth inn cuisine, featuring classics from a Heuriger and reinterpretations from traditional tavern cooking. Traditional cured meats are even smoked in the in-house smokehouse. But it's not just meat lovers who will find delight; fish enthusiasts and guests who prefer vegetarian cuisine will surely find something to satisfy their taste buds. The menu aims to provide every guest with the comfort of classics while also offering a fresh and varied selection. This makes it easier to focus strongly on the region and the season.
A comprehensive beverage selection is also available to guests. From regional juices to refreshing beers and finishing with coffee, everything is there.
