Wolfhardt Steininger, patriarch of a medium-sized business, has peacefully passed away at the age of 94, and his designated successor, Hubert Zacherl, is organizing the memorial service for the company. However, his text on the wreath ribbon causes significant irritation: "In deep sorrow. Your employees."

Quickly, Hubert, the new "old white man" at the helm, finds himself not only at odds with his marketing manager, the social media chief, and his secretary, but also with the very self-assured intern. In this highly charged piece, the company's leadership increasingly tears itself apart in front of the theater audience, gathered as a mourning community. Not even the desperate pastor can calm the waters.

The comedy, full of twists, sharply depicts the abysses, pitfalls, and rhetorical tricks of the current discussion on politically correct "gendering" and its socially "mandated" interactions, while also uncovering their all-too-human causes and awakening a longing for attentive and respectful interactions with one another.

As with "Extrawurst," the audience can expect a whirlwind of punchlines. There is plenty of sophisticated fun and material for discussion.
