The wizard Beelzebub Irrwitzer has made a pact with the devil, which obliges him to commit a certain number of evil deeds each year. Irrwitzer specializes in natural disasters, floods, and poisoned rivers. The High Council of Animals sends secret observers to uncover the source of the evil. Thus, the cat Maurizio di Mauro sneaks in as a spy among Irrwitzer. On the day before New Year's Eve, the greedy money witch Tyrannia Vamperl visits with her raven Jakob Krakel. Irrwitzer and Vamperl try to fulfill their obligation to commit evil deeds. They are to be aided by a satanic, genius wish punch that turns all good wishes into their grim opposites. But Jakob is also a spy and, together with Maurizio, plans to put an end to the wicked witches... The magical fairy tale by Michael Ende was first published in 1989 and already addressed climate change as a consequence of the pursuit of power and greed. At the center of the story is the utopia that through overcoming differences, we can find new friends and save the world together, represented by the unlikely pair of the noble cat and the rough raven. Felix Metzner, who has already successfully staged "Emil and the Detectives" and "Ronja Räubertochter" for the Lower Austria State Theatre, brings "The Satanarchaeolügenialkohöllische Wish Punch" to the stage with much theatrical magic.
