Start: Theater course for adults of all ages "Playful Joy & Freedom to Fool"

The theater is a magical space that allows us to leave behind all limitations, norms, and inhibitions and to immerse ourselves freely and playfully in the moment. Every emotion can be felt and expressed in any intensity. Our bodies can explore their entire palette of movements, sounds, and language—with the curiosity and playfulness of a child and the experience and depth of an adult. It is my heartfelt desire to make this magical space accessible to everyone, for within it lies so much liveliness, presence, power, insight, and unfolding. This course is like a shared journey, and I will guide you through this adventure with all my knowledge and experience. Along the way, we will get to know ourselves and each other in new and wonderful ways. In playful exercises, I will introduce you to the fundamental elements of stage art:
• Acting and improvisation
• Exercises for body expression, movement, dance
• Language and presence
• Playing with emotions
• Development of characters and stories
• Clown basics

At the end of this course, there will be no performance. This time is solely for us to play freely without the pressure that automatically arises when it comes to a performance. However, those who would like to stand in front of an audience will have the opportunity to do so in the subsequent course!
