Radical Regional: Gourmet Evenings at the Faber-Köchl Winery

With our tasting evenings, we invite you to a special night full of flavor, conversation, and attitude. Under the motto "Radically Regional," we will serve you 6 organic wines from our cellar – accompanied by 6 courses of homemade dishes from our own production or from partners in the Weinviertel region. As a certified organic business and a member of Slow Food, we stand for conscious enjoyment, respectful handling of food – and honest craftsmanship.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
In the atmospheric courtyard of the winery, you will experience a delightful evening in a personal atmosphere. Starting at 6 PM, all 6 courses will be served to all guests simultaneously, in a fixed sequence that makes the evening a shared experience.

Winemaker Anna Faber will guide you through the evening, sharing the story behind each wine and each dish, and personally pouring the drinks. This is not a dry tasting – but a lively dialogue about what drives us: wine, origin, and craftsmanship.
