Because It Has to Come Out – The Second Program
After over 200 shows in Germany and Austria with "plugged," the first solo program by Helmfried von Lüttichau (which even his colleague Hubsi – his friend Christian Tramitz – enjoys), "Because It Has to Come Out – The Second Program" is now launching. Helmfried von Lüttichau brings humor and lightness to the stage, grounded in life experience and the wealth of knowledge gained from four years on tour. And he does it in his usual style – personal, likable, and authentic!
Finally, the second program! A thousand new ideas, thoughts, and melodies are swirling around in the Ü60 newcomer’s head! The only problem is: the second program is known to be the hardest. For the first one, you have your whole life to prepare, but for the second, everything suddenly has to happen very quickly! “Driven by haste, he makes many mistakes,” was already noted in his school report. How is one supposed to organize this chaos? What should be included, and what should be left out? Keep cool. He has long outgrown the much too small children's guitars. It’s time to expand. Helmfried on stilts? No, but maybe with his own songs? One of which is titled “When I Laugh.” Or he chats about secretly listened-to hits from the 1970s, sings a hard-hitting protest song – or a lyrical love song. He openly shares what drives and moves him: life, love, aging – and how he will deal with it in the future. With curiosity and a joy for play, whether dead serious or carefree, silly or contemplative. The main thing is that something remains at the end.
