Massage I - "Body Massage for Home Use"

In this course, you will learn the basic concepts of classical massage in theory and practice, and discover important details about anatomical foundations. You will learn and practice the most common techniques so that you can perform a soothing and health-promoting full-body massage in a private setting after the course. The course is ideal for partner massage but can also be attended by individuals. Course materials are not included (€ 3.00).
When: Fri, 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, 3 sessions starting from March 6th.
