Helge Schneider - Elbow off the table!

HELGE SCHNEIDER, the wig-wearer from the Ruhr area, is maneuvering his way into the next decade, trumpeting and chattering in his unmistakable style! In a crazy reimagining of a sort of miniature orchestra, he continues to shake the dwarf skins of his audience to the utmost. Sometimes he hits the drum, sometimes he blasts a medley of sounds from his saxophone, which he skillfully keeps hidden until it’s time to use it. Piano on the left, trumpet on the right, left foot keeping the rhythm, and right foot thumping on the big bass drum. It’s delightful to watch him struggle! But it’s worth it! Absolutely! LEO plucks the four strings of his double bass, and SANDRO hacks away at budding thoughts with his ultra-slim and sharp-sounding old Gibson guitar! A high feeling of mega nonsense spreads when HELGE spontaneously ends the concert only to start up again immediately. If you want to keep a bit of humor in these terrible times, you’re exactly right at KLIMPERHELGE's tour. But beware! ELBOWS OFF THE TABLE!
