Tinctures and Ointments – Plant Power in Winter

Together, we will prepare four proven plant tinctures and ointments from traditional folk medicine.

In this hands-on workshop, we will rediscover ancient knowledge of folk medicine. Participants will learn how to harness the healing power of local plants in the form of ointments and tinctures for self-application, and how to ensure safe production. Using simple means, we will collectively create four proven tinctures and ointments. An inspiring course for anyone who wants to utilize the powers of nature – completely free from any additives.
