Gastein Advent Singing of the choir "GastEinKlang" in the church of Bad Hofgastein

The well-known singing event, which extends far beyond the borders of the Gastein Valley, will take place at the usual time on the Feast of the Assumption at 7:00 PM in the parish church of "Mariä Himmelfahrt" in Bad Hofgastein. The singers, along with their choir director Martin Aigner, will provide both guests and locals with a festive introduction to the most beautiful celebration of the year through carefully selected songs.

Accompanying the traditional singing will be melodious instrumental groups. "SaitenKlang," under the direction of Margit Fraiss, and the "Torrener Stefanibläser" (conducted by Johann Jastrinsky) will give the concert a particularly refined instrumental touch. In between, children from Bad Hofgastein will perform a shepherd's play, which they have rehearsed with great dedication. The speaker, Dietmar Magler, will round off the harmonious program with sensitive texts of his own. The overall musical direction is in the hands of the choir director of GastEinKlang, Martin Aigner.

The organizing choir would like to kindly point out that no seat reservations are possible, and only remaining tickets will be available before the performance. It is definitely recommended to arrive early.
