The International Schmitten Downhill Golf Trophy is a particularly fascinating golf tournament that combines traditional golf with the breathtaking backdrop of the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See. The game is played exactly where skiers plunge down into the valley in winter. Scoring: the handicaps of all teams are added together and then divided by the number of players. It is a stroke play competition where every stroke counts. Maximum playing time is 4 hours. The game will not be played according to the rules of R&A CC St. Andrews nor according to the competition conditions of the ÖGV. Special local rules will be announced.
