High Up - Guided Winter Hike

On this guided hike, we not only find complete tranquility but also recharge with fresh mountain air high above the Raurisertal valley. Together, we take the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen cable cars to the middle station and then hike to the Hochalm. Along the way, we learn interesting facts about the valley, its mountain world, and the healing effects of the spruce tree. In between, there will be a cup of homemade spruce needle tea to warm us up. If desired, we can stop at the Hochalm hut afterwards. The hike concludes at the mountain station of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen.
Registration: by 5 PM the day before at the tourism office
Cost: free with the Raurisertal guest card & the National Park Winter Card; otherwise €30 per person
Equipment: Very warm and weatherproof hiking clothing, sturdy footwear, a backpack, and a warm drink.
