At the beginning, you will receive the emergency equipment (backpack, shovel, probe, avalanche transceiver) if you do not have your own.
After that, we will check the avalanche report and interpret it, explain the emergency equipment and how to handle it, and then we will head out into the terrain.
The freeride taster session takes place in Sportgastein, weather permitting; otherwise, an alternative destination, time, and meeting point will be announced in advance.
Prerequisite: controlled skiing on black slopes in parallel turns.
Participation is possible from the age of 16.
Meeting point: Ticket office of the valley station Goldbergbahn Sportgastein
Time: 9:00 AM
Duration: approx. 6 hours
Number of participants: min. 4 persons, max. 8 persons
Price INCLUDING safety equipment: € 119.00 per person, excluding ski pass.
