THE LOVELY TRIO

Fuss, Faulhammer, and Aufmesser have been playing together in various configurations for several years, but The Lovely Trio is a rarity in its chamber music form. Completely without drums, yet still full of rhythm, the three musicians play with playful ease.
In 2020, they produced a recording (Sing My Soul) featuring arrangements by G.F. Handel in collaboration with Lia Pale and Matthias Ruegg (VAO), which was premiered at the Handel Festival in Halle an der Saale, Muth Wien, and St. Pölten.
The trio's second program, “In Our Own Sweet Way,” is a special treat for lovers of swinging harmonies as they reinterpret original compositions alongside more familiar and lesser-known classics from the jazz repertoire. All in their own “lovely way.”
