In the past, the slaughter day of pigs was always associated with a traditional festival. Star chef Max Stiegl wants to revive this very festival at Grafengut. Therefore, on October 10th, an organic pig will be jointly butchered, cooked, and eaten at Grafengut. Guests can expect: culinary delights, entertainment, star chef Max Stiegl, a slaughtered organic pig, and an unforgettable day at the beautiful Attersee.
