Making Pinzga Krapfen with Marie Terese

Seminar farmer Marie Terese will show us today how to prepare a typical Pinzgau dish with tradition – the Pinzga Krapfen.
In the past, during times of hard field and stable work, dishes served at the table had to provide strength and energy. The Pinzga Krapfen have been a popular delicacy then and now. Whether savory or sweet – there’s something for every taste!
Meeting point: 9:30 AM at the Bauernhäusl in Königsleiten, behind Hotel Königsleiten (duration approx. 3 hours)
Registration by Thursday 4:00 PM at the tourism office, Tel. +43 (0) 6565 8243
Contribution: will be covered by the tourism association - max. 15 people
