Slam 8020 - Stage with a Migration History

On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the Orpheum (Orpheumgasse 8, 8020 Graz) invites you to "Slam 8020 – Stage with Migration History." This special poetry slam focuses on people with migration backgrounds and People of Colour. Personal texts, poetry, humor, and strong emotions collide with performative word art – raw, honest, and captivating. Graz spoken-word artist Muhammed Dumanli will host the evening alongside well-known guests from the scene. As with a classic poetry slam, the audience will decide on the best performance of the night. The event creates space for voices that want to be heard and enriches the cultural landscape of the Graz experience region.

The venue in the heart of Graz combines urban diversity with a youthful format and also offers good public transport connections (tram lines 1, 4, 6, 7 – stop "Graz Roseggerhaus").
