A few years ago, the two Austrologists Erwin Steinhauer and Fritz Schindlecker achieved bestseller status with "We Are Awesome." In their new book, they provide answers to many questions that weigh heavily on the Austrian soul. Here are a few examples: Has common sense really overflowed from Billa to the normal thinkers? What does maternal wit say about the household bonus? Why are billionaires the best-protected minority in this country?

The fundamental thesis of the two Austrologists is once again confirmed: Elsewhere, satire is written. But here, it is lived. And that is something to laugh about.

Presented by: Erwin Steinhauer, born in 1951 in Vienna, is one of the most popular Austrian actors and cabaret performers. He has numerous solo programs as a cabaret artist, film and television productions, and various series. One of his most famous roles was that of the rural policeman "Polt," based on the novels by Alfred Komarek. Fritz Schindlecker, born in 1953 in Tulln/NÖ, has been working as a cabaret author, playwright, and screenwriter since 1983. He has written sketches, songs, and micro-dramas for Lukas Resetarits, Erwin Steinhauer, and the Simpl, as well as boulevard comedies like "The Tax Investigator" and "4 after 40," TV series such as "The Lotto Winners," and the TV documentary "Morgenland im Abendland" with Josef Hader.
