Start with our detailed equipment overview, tips on heat control, determining doneness, and more. We will also focus on the topic of "Healthier Grilling" and, finally, the proper and, above all, simple cleaning.

As a thematic focus, various flavoring techniques will be covered, taking you on a flavorful journey to the Mediterranean region, and grilling with Mediterranean smoke flavors will also be included. You will use a variety of grilling tools that will help enhance your culinary experience while keeping cleaning efforts minimal.

During the numerous tastings, you will learn to recognize and taste the differences directly. With the newly learned preparation methods and flavor techniques, you will impress your guests at your next barbecue.

After the grilling workshop, you can share your experiences and impressions with the other participants over a multi-course menu and receive your personal participant certificate.
