Grilling Course: Burgermania

Burgermania | Perfect Burgers from the Grill! (approx. 4 hours) - No prior knowledge required. The grilling course for all burger lovers - from bison burgers to sweet burgers! Build your favorite burger. We work with various firing and grilling techniques and on many different grilling devices - from gas and top heat grills to smokers and ceramic grills. You will use amazing BBQ tools from the professionals to make your burger even more flavorful. We will introduce you to the secrets of international grilling masters, and you will apply a variety of techniques in this grilling workshop. In addition to meat knowledge, the differences between American and French grilling techniques, and determining doneness levels, you will work like in a Latin American asado over direct embers, grill with the latest steak burners at over 800°C, practice reverse grilling, learn aroma techniques for new culinary experiences, and much more. During the many tastings, the differences will be discussed. At the end of the course, you can share your experiences and impressions with the other participants and your grilling instructors over a multi-course menu and receive your personal participant certificate. The grilling seminar takes place in the idyllic garden of a turn-of-the-century villa, surrounded by more than 100 grilling devices - a paradise for grilling fans!
