7 times 7 - The Winemaker's Dinner at Ratscher Landhaus

The name "Sieme" stands for "together" in Italian as well as "seven" in Styrian, reflecting the idea of this special evening. For the ninth time, this extraordinary menu featuring exquisite creations of vegetables, fish, and meat will be celebrated, accompanied by a harmoniously matched wine pairing. The evening begins at 6:00 PM with an aperitif, followed by the start of the menu at 6:30 PM. The price of €135 per person includes the 7-course menu, aperitif, wine pairing, and water. Due to the culinary concept, a vegan menu is not available. The number of participants is limited to 60 people.
