Once a month, on a Friday evening, you can look forward to an exclusive gourmet evening under the theme "From the Sea to the Mountain." The FUCHSBAU kitchen team creates a changing menu inspired by the flavors of the sea and the treasures of the Alps – depending on seasonal availability and the offerings of our producers. You can decide whether you want to enjoy the entire 5-course menu or just select individual courses à la carte.
A special highlight: the journey in the ratrac shuttle – an unforgettable experience through the snowy winter landscape from the Loischkopf cable car valley station to FUCHSBAU and back. Ratrac shuttle service: €20.00 per person (round trip).
