The Christ Child Comes to Golling
Magical lights, fragrant delicacies, and many lovingly designed program highlights - this is the Golling Christmas fairy tale!
During Advent, the entire town of Golling transforms into a festive Christmas fairy tale. On the Advent weekends (November 29-30 & December 6-7, starting at 2 PM), the castle, Market Street, and local businesses await you with crafts, music, culinary delights, and a large family program. Around Golling Castle and along the festively decorated Market Street, lovingly curated art and craft stalls invite you to stroll. In the castle hall, you will find the large art and craft market. The right Advent atmosphere is provided by live music in the castle courtyard and at the market - featuring Edis, brass players, and the Musikum, among others.
Culinary wishes are also fulfilled: from mulled wine and hot gin to Christmas Bosna, roasted chestnuts, potato wedges, and meat pastries, as well as cookies, cakes, and golden-brown Pofesen, everything is included - complemented by fine vegan specialties.
