4th Winter Yoga Festival 2026

Winter in Germany is always a challenging time. The dark, cold season prompts us to turn our lives inward and retreat like nature. However, our need for community, human warmth, and joy of life is always within us – especially in winter!

With the Winter Yoga Festival at Carlshöhe, we aim to create the perfect setting to experience community, bring warmth, light, and connection into the darkest season of the year. For a few days, we will provide a space where people can do something good for themselves, learn, experience themselves, and enjoy a little break from everyday life.

The program will consist of yoga sessions, workshops, ecstatic dance, a cacao ceremony, and various other workshops. Additionally, there will be a relaxation room where tea will be available. The beautiful location of the event in the midst of nature invites participants to take walks between the sessions.

The yoga sessions and workshops will begin on Friday, the first day of the festival, at 2:00 PM. On Saturday and Sunday mornings, the first sessions will start at 8:00 AM. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there will be a concert at 8:00 PM, where we will say goodbye with music and dancing at 10:00 PM. The third and final day of the festival will conclude on Sunday afternoon around 4:00 PM.
