Content & Areas: We expect over 100 international exhibitors: special yarns & fibers, accessories, fabrics, fleece, haberdashery, patterns & tools. Areas: Knitting, crocheting, sewing, quilting, embroidery, darning, weaving, spinning, felting, patchwork, upcycling. Workshops & short demonstrations included.
Beginners welcome: Many exhibitors provide brief assistance, explain techniques, and share tips – from casting on to specialty stitches. Planning tip: Late afternoon is usually quieter.
Re-Entry & Surroundings: Day ticket = Come & Go. Take advantage of the location by Lake Tegel for a walk and fresh air – then return to the hall.
Travel & Note:
No parking directly at the venue. Use public transport or park in the surrounding area (options via Google Maps).
Taxi/Uber: Drop-off directly at the hall.
Carpooling is sensible; organize bus trips through local providers.
Accessibility: Slightly limited. All floors are accessible; we provide support on-site - please inform at the ticket counter.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed. For the well-being of the animals and for safety/hygiene reasons (crowding, allergies), we kindly ask to leave four-legged friends at home. Exception: legally permitted assistance dogs (e.g., guide dogs).
