On selected Saturdays, the FUCHSBAU transforms into a cozy dining room in the evening. During the Hat Evening, you grill meat from your own organic mountain chicken, organic Angus beef, and local straw pig directly on the hot tartare hat – accompanied by soup, side dishes, and sauces. Alternatively, there is a small, fine steak menu for all meat lovers. In addition to the classic tartare hat with burning paste, an electric version with raclette function is also offered.
A special highlight: the journey in the ratrac shuttle – an unforgettable experience through the snowy winter landscape from the Loischkopf cable car valley station to the FUCHSBAU and back.
