Krav Maga consists of simple principles and techniques for self-defense that can be easily recalled in stressful and emergency situations. These techniques are quick and easy to learn, making them practically ready for immediate use. Additionally, the Krav Maga seminar is also an excellent fitness workout that can help you get your body in great shape. Don't let yourself be intimidated and equip yourself against attackers.

Content:
- 3-4 hour Krav Maga seminar for women
- Experienced Krav Maga instructor
- Introduction to the background of Krav Maga
- Physically demanding training session
- Teaching of effective self-defense techniques
- Recognizing and implementing one’s own strengths
- Behavior in dangerous situations

Participants:
The experience takes place in groups of 4 to 20 people.

Duration:
Plan for this experience to take 3-4 hours.

Equipment & Clothing:
- T-shirt
- Long sports pants
- Sneakers
The accessories such as punch pads and mats will be provided on-site.

Participation requirements:
Minimum age depending on the organizer is from 14 years.
