Additionally, Krav Maga is also an excellent fitness workout. The exercises are repeated frequently in quick succession so that they become second nature to you. Content:
- A total of 3-6 hours of Krav Maga training for beginners
- Experienced Krav Maga instructor
- Introduction to the background of Krav Maga
- Physically demanding training session
- Teaching effective self-defense techniques
- Recognizing and utilizing your own strengths
- Behavior in dangerous situations
- Participant voucher valid for 1 person
- The experience takes place in groups of 4 to 20 people

Duration:
- Depending on the location, a total of 3-6 hours
- Division of training into 1-6 course units depending on the location

Equipment & Clothing:
- T-shirt
- Long sports pants
- Sneakers
- Accessories such as punching pads and mats will be provided on-site.

Participation requirements:
