Between the snow-covered green giants of the forest, certified forest bathing and mindfulness trainer Stephanie Seebacher leads exercises in breathing, mindfulness, and meditation. These practices enhance awareness of nature and oneself. The forest, as a place of power, invites participants to connect with themselves on various levels and leave everyday life behind. At the end, a small forest product will be created as a reminder of this special experience. The hike takes place in all weather conditions.
