The world is tipping to the right! Achievements are going down the drain within a few weeks and months. Climate protection, human rights, international cooperation are being sidelined. The peak is the activity of Donald Trump as US President. What exactly is changing in the USA? What are the causes of this radical development? How can we understand, learn, and do better to reverse this political trend? What role do positive communication, hope, and good future perspectives play in this? What is already developing positively despite the overall negative trend? What successful projects are not shown by the media but can give us a lot of strength if we get to know them? What can we learn from history? The answers to these important questions are an "ENCOURAGEMENT!" And that is also the title of Rudi Anschober's new program, which had a successful premiere on May 20, 2025, at the Kulisse in Vienna and which Anschober will now take on a nationwide tour in September and October and from February 26 to June 26: to encourage courage, provide hope, and set an impulse for a new narrative of departure. Together, with broad alliances and clear goals, we can achieve a lot. Do not resign; we are many! The goal is not to withdraw but to remain active and become so. Especially now!

Rudi Anschober
Rudi Anschober was born on November 21, 1960, in Wels, Upper Austria, and grew up in Schwanenstadt. He graduated in Vöcklabruck, completed his training as a primary school teacher in Salzburg, and attended the Journalism Academy in Linz. Anschober worked as a teacher until he was elected to the National Council as a spokesperson for the Green Alternative Upper Austria in November 1990, where he became the spokesperson for security, transport, anti-nuclear issues, and internal affairs in the second Green parliamentary group. In 1997, Anschober, as the lead candidate, secured the entry of the Greens into the Upper Austrian state parliament, and in 2003 into the Upper Austrian state government. For the first time, a black-green government coalition was formed in Upper Austria. Anschober was responsible for the environment, climate protection, water, consumer protection, and from 2015 for integration issues in the Upper Austrian state government until January 2020. After his swearing-in on January 7, 2020, Anschober became Minister for Health, Social Affairs, Care, and Consumer Protection in the first turquoise-green federal government. In April 2021, Anschober left politics for health reasons. Today he works as an author, speaker, and consultant and lives in Vienna.
