Gentlemen Music Club (CONCERT)

Georgij Makazaria and his crew from the Gentlemen Music Club are bringing their humorous and lively program "Zuagrast" to us at the Kronen Kino Mistelbach.

In "Zuagrast," the Gentlemen Music Club explores life as a "newcomer" in Vienna in a humorous and charming way. With an entertaining mix of Eastern European folk music, Klezmer sounds, and lovingly interpreted Viennese songs, they create an evening full of surprising and touching moments. The "Gents" play with the differences and similarities of cultures and show that life as a "Zuagraster" offers plenty of material for witty yet profound stories.

The band consists of:
– Georgij Makazaria, the charismatic frontman known from "Willkommen Österreich," with Georgian-Russian roots, called "the Wild One";
– Aliosha Biz, the "Devil's Fiddler" from Moscow and a gifted comedian, known as "the Querulous One";
– Alexander Shevchenko, the extraordinary Ukrainian world music accordionist, known as "the Quiet One";
– Sasha Danilov, the virtuoso Klezmer clarinetist from Transnistria, known as "the Funny One"; and finally
– Roman Grinberg, the creative mastermind and entertainer born in Moldova, known as "the Wise One."
