Farm visit at BiscHOF

At the BiscHOF farm tour, you will gain a lively insight into the daily life of the animals and life on a traditional farm. The farm is home to cows, their calves, a cheerful flock of chickens – and with a bit of luck, you might also spot the curious cats wandering around.

You can participate in feeding the animals and witness how the cows are milked. Part of the herd stays on the farm year-round for daily fresh milk. The other part spends the summer in the outlying pastures and on the alpine meadows as part of the traditional three-tier farming system in the Bregenzerwald region.

Come by, take a look behind the scenes, and experience how farming works today – close, honest, and completely authentic.

Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to chat over a small refreshment and visit the community farm shop. Costs: €5/adult, children free – please pay at the Mellau tourism office.
