Bat Night – Long Night of Nature Parks & Earth Night

During the bat walk, you have the chance to discover bats in the summit area of Jauerling together with a bat expert. Using a special bat detector, the ultrasonic calls of the bats will be made audible to us humans. After a brief introduction at the Jauerling Nature Workshop, we will take a short walk together and learn a lot of new information about bats. The event is part of the Long Night of Nature Parks and Earth Night, the international day against light pollution.

The event is held in cooperation with the Coordination Office for Bat Protection and Research in Austria (KFFÖ).
