Free Dancing / Wachau Wave

Finally being able to let go of everything again. Not having to achieve anything or complete any tasks. Just being there for yourself, in free dance. Guided by your inner impulses, carried by the rhythmic music, and held safely by the group.

For about 90 minutes, we will ride on a harmonious wave. We start calmly, with a distinct rhythm, let ourselves fall into wild chaos, feel ourselves in the poetic and joyful, and finally find our way into silence. Each wave is dedicated to a theme that promotes our inner journey, development, and vitality. No techniques, no prerequisites, just being open is beneficial.
