Meditation Evening

Through exercises such as walking and sitting meditation, as well as transparent communication/exchange in dyad and triad forms, we cultivate our awareness, listen to ourselves and each other, and resonate with one another. The practice helps us to find calm, settle within ourselves, and feel more connected. Often, we draw inspiration from mystical texts during the evenings.
