Christiane Rösinger is a musician, a Kreuzberg resident, and a grandmother.

From her perspective, this could go on forever, if it weren't for aging and financial worries. Aging cannot be stopped, but in order to earn a little money, Christiane decides to write a guide for old age.

Without illusions, but with power. An energetic call to no longer accept how society treats women who are no longer young. Yet, it is not so easy to find a relaxed attitude towards aging oneself. This is evident in the conversations with her friends, whose different experiences and opinions reveal: there’s the dog lady, the self-optimizer, the one who wants to move to the countryside. No positive role model in sight. Where are the examples? And above all: what good does it all do when you suddenly find yourself in the stroke unit of a hospital?
