JO Healthy & Fit Winter Walk

The starting point of our joint winter hike is the valley station of the Alpendorf gondola. From there, we will walk together for a while along the road before turning onto a wide winter hiking trail away from the hustle and bustle. Along the way, we will enjoy the magnificent view over St. Johann with a warming cup of pine needle tea. After about 30 minutes, we will reach the Naturhotel Gut Berg and embark on the exciting tree educational trail. Together, we will discover the native tree species in an informative and entertaining way before continuing our hike to the Gut Berg Stadl. The return journey will lead us back to the starting point along the same route, moodily illuminated by torches depending on the weather.

Meeting point/Start: every Monday at 4:00 PM in front of the information office of the Alpendorf gondola valley station (opposite Snoworld)
Duration: approx. 2 hours
Difficulty/Fitness: easy
Equipment & Clothing: sturdy footwear, warm clothing, possibly a change of clothes, sufficient fluids (water, tea)
Children: from 6 years accompanied by an adult, without accompaniment at least 14 years
Participants: max. 15 people
Cost: EUR 25.00 including a hiking guide. Participation is free for guests of the JO Xund & Fit establishments!
Participation is only possible with registration by the day before at 4:00 PM! The activity program will take place from mid-December 2025 until the end of the winter season 2026, with short-term changes depending on weather/snow conditions reserved!
