An evening full of brilliance, passion, and musical highlights: In the festive setting of the Gmunden City Theater, the Kiwanis Music Promotion Prize 2026 will be awarded to young musicians from the Gmunden State Music School. The prize honors young talents who capture attention with their skill, creativity, and dedication – and this enthusiasm will be palpable on this evening. Music students will showcase their abilities and versatility in classical, folk music, and jazz-rock-pop. Each performance is a promise for the future – a moment that touches and inspires hope.

In the second part of the evening, a musician will take the stage who has been captivating audiences worldwide for years: Lidia Baich, a violinist of international acclaim and celebrated soloist. With her distinctive tone, virtuosity, and emotional intensity, she transforms the stage into an experience full of colors and drama.

Thus, this gala evening unites youth and experience, new beginnings and completion – and becomes a celebration of music that inspires and connects.
