Sound magic and oases of stillness, fantasy journeys accompanied by sound for children. In my work, I often encounter children who feel overwhelmed by school, performance pressure, and everyday life. This often manifests in their bodies as restlessness, stomach aches, tension, skin problems, or fatigue.

With my sound journeys, I aim to counteract this. The children experience how they can find a place within themselves during stressful moments where calmness, strength, and lightness reside. Gentle sounds, small rituals, and dreamy fantasy journeys provide them with a brief timeout – a little oasis where they can simply be themselves. Using various sound instruments: singing bowls, Koshi, chimes, gong, and more, lovingly guided fantasy journeys help the children discover a quiet oasis within themselves.

WHAT TO BRING:
Comfortable clothing
