Country music straight from the heart – passion, talent, and unwavering humor – that is Karen McDawn! Since 2009, she has been a prominent figure in the Austrian country music scene, captivating audiences with her powerful voice. After her training in singing, dancing, and acting in Vienna, she realized her dream in 2009 with the German country label "Amazing Records" and released her first singles "How Do You Do?" and "Cajun Hoedown."

She has toured not only solo but also with bands like Seven Loons (CH), Rhythm 4 Boots (A), and The Buffaloes (A) throughout Europe. In 2020, her debut album "To The Moon And Back" was released, entirely recorded in Nashville and Atlanta. It showcases her unique style – classic "country-rock-pop." Of course, she brings her own songs along, as well as some covers from modern country music, sprinkled with a few classics.

Since 2011, she has been joined by Californian beach boy Steve Criss, whom she calls "the best duo partner in the world." Look forward to powerful country-rock-pop, seasoned with a touch of humor – Karen McDawn combines heart and passion in every note!
