And above all, do you want to do something to maintain your mental fitness? Then you are in the right place! Of course, younger individuals are also warmly welcomed. Beginners are welcome. This course is offered as a "hybrid course." You can choose between attending in person or via live stream from home. We work through "Zoom." It is also suitable for those who are not tech-savvy. Participants will receive a link 15 minutes before the course starts. Just click on it and you're all set!
