Herb Walk: The Healing Power of Buds

First, you will learn about the most important buds and their uses. After that, the buds will be collected, and you will create a macerate.
Each participant should bring a small jam jar. Remaining materials will be provided by the course leader for a fee of 12 euros.
After the event, a handout with images, descriptions, and recipes will be created and sent to the participants.
