SONNENTOR TEA Herbal Tour

Have you already discovered the many natural treasures along the way and in the meadows? They contain powerful energy that they pass on to us. Our herbal specialists Christa Hübl and Manuela Huber will show you which herbs, flowers, and leaves these are – and how you can bring them directly from the meadow to your teacup. Together, you will prepare a tea from seasonal herbs and then analyze the freshly brewed tea using the aroma wheel.

Here’s what to expect:

- A walk through the meadows of Waldviertel
- Background knowledge as well as practical tips about herbs, flowers, and leaves
- Joint identification of native wild plants
- Brewing various seasonal tea herbs (2 fresh and 2 dried)
- Tasting and assessing the teas together with the aroma wheel

Note: The tour takes place in almost any weather. In case of heavy rain or thunderstorms, there will be a transition program indoors. Please wear sturdy footwear and bring rain protection if necessary.
