WINE & WORDS: Beate Maxian as a guest at Kellerschlössel

Sunny vineyards along the Danube, picturesque little towns surrounded by fragrant meadows, and culinary delights – the Wachau is a paradise on earth. Former police officer Lou Conrad enjoys the beauty of her homeland, where she runs a small delicatessen. But then a murder case disrupts the idyll: a young woman is found dead on the newly inaugurated bee hiking trail. Could it be a tourist who tragically was in the wrong place at the wrong time? Together with her Bernese Mountain Dog Michelin and her longtime friend, star chef Fabio Gerber, Lou sets out in search of answers.
