Twelve dapper gentlemen have squeezed themselves into their outfits with great effort, trimmed and styled their hair, and applied a pale complexion to perform the great hits of the 1920s and 30s in a truly enchanting manner. They have only one intention: to make their audience squeal and the dance floor sizzle. After what feels like a century without the Salon Orchestra Alhambra, the ensemble led by Berlin's Hans Daffke now graces us with their presence and calls for a revival... among the guests, one can expect the handsome Sigismund, the charming Donna Clara, as well as a small green cactus.
