Ice4Life Challenge

Participants venture out in light clothing on cross-country skis through the winter landscape in sub-zero temperatures before taking a plunge into an ice bath.
Who crosses the finish line first is insignificant. The real winners are all those who participated and thus did something good for themselves and their health. To prepare, breathing exercises are guided by experienced Ice4Life coaches, and there are instructions for a safe ice bath. Participation: €125 per person (including lunch, goodie bag, etc.) Registration and information:
