Ice4Life Retreat

From January 29 to 31, 2026, the Ice4Life Retreat will take place for the ninth time and for the fourth time in Bad Gastein.

The focus of this "cool" event is the natural power of cold. The ice bath activates the immune system and circulation - while also bringing mental strength and inner peace.

Retreat cost: €385 (excluding hotel costs)

The highlight and conclusion of the event is the Ice4Life Challenge on January 31, 2026, in Sportgastein. Participants will venture out in winter landscapes on cross-country skis, dressed lightly in sub-zero temperatures, before taking an ice bath.
Who crosses the finish line first is insignificant. The real winners are all those who participated and thus did something good for themselves and their health. Challenge participation: €125 per person (including lunch, goodie bag).

For retreat participants, the challenge is included in the retreat price.
