The Carinthia Choir Millstatt has been around for seven decades and consists of singing enthusiasts from all over Upper Carinthia. Under the direction of Prof. Bernhard Zlanabitnig as the choir leader and Prof. Peter Elwitschger as the experienced speaker at concerts, the choir captivates the audience. The repertoire of the male choir seems endless. With Carinthian songs, the choir expresses pride in their homeland during concerts. The spiritual songs testify to a deep connection to faith. The treasure of songs includes works by great masters such as Haydn, Schubert, Beethoven, and Mozart, as well as well-known German folk songs.
